How can i make a reservation?
From all the pages of the web site you can use the search engine to check for availability. Select the arrival and the number of the nights stay and then click on the search button: another page will open, that guarantees a Secure Server connection, in witch you will be able to see all the available rooms of our Hotel. Choose the room/rooms that you want to reserve and click on the “ Continue” button. The reservation engine will allow you to book in real time the room/rooms of your need and only by sending your credit card details as guarantee of the reservation. Excluded the faires when we request a deposit of 33% from the total stay to guarantee your booking; the rest of the amount will be payed in the hotel at check-out.
Why are my credit card details requested during the reservation?

How do i know if the reservation has come to a good end?
As soon as you have finished with the reservation procedure you will receive a confirmation e-mail of the reservation with all the details of your stay and those of the Hotel (telephone, e-mail, adress, ecc.) We kindly suggest you to print the e-mail you'll recive as proof of your reservation. If you do not receive it please contact us. We allwways suggest you to make sure that the email address you filled in is correct: therefore , in the eventuality of wrong email address, you won't be able to receive a reply messagge from our server and this could cause comunication problems with the Hotel. Beware that it is your responsability to verify that all the details you have given are correct.
How long does it take to recive the confirmation of the reservation?
The confirmation e-mail will arrive as soon as you conclude the reservation process.
What do I do if I don't receive any confirmation e-mail?
The reason why you do not receive the confirmation e-mail is in the most cases due to the fact of mispelling your e-mail adress. In this case we reccomand you to call us.
How can I modify my reservation?
To modify a reservation you can directly contact the Hotel, or you entry in your account and made all the change; once you modify the reservation you'll recive the mail with the change made in real time. We will togheter agree on the requested modifications.
How do I cancel a reservation?
To cancel a reservation you will need to contact us by e-mail or by fax about your cancellation, or you can entry in your account to do it in real time. Before cancelling we recommend you read our cancellation terms in order not to incur in penalties. The cancellation terms are indicated in the: Cancellation of the reservation page or on the reservation module.
Does the cancellation of the reservation leads to an extra charge?
The cancellation of the reservation does not involve any added costs if carried out within the therms of our cancellation policy. In order not to incur in any penalty, you must respect the terms and conditions of the cancellation of the Hotel, that you will find published either in the cancellation of the reservation page or inside the reservation form.
Is it safe to insert your credit card details?
The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSI protocol ( Secure Socket Layer). The certified SSL protocol guarantees the identity of the owners of the Hotel and the transparency for the consumer. The safe transimission of your credit card details is garanted by the logo of a lock that will appear on the status bar of your browser (internet explorer). The transmission and the reception of data connecting to Secure Servers is marked by your browser that display the adress of the internet site; as an ulterior confirmation of the transmission of secure and cripted data.

The information we request when making reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We will only disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of completing your booking through us, in order to provide you with the information or services you have requested, or with your explicit consent. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is from 15:00 pm; check-out at 11:00 am. On request last check-out and check-in.
Does the Hotel have a Parking garage?
Yes, parking lots and garage are available in front of the Hotel upon request, at extra charge of euro 7,00 per night. The pubblic parking si from 8:00 am to 20:00 pm ( hour ticket) free for faires.
At just few minute walk; about 200 mt from the Hotel you can finde free parking area.
IMPORTANT: do not to be used the night between Thursday and Friday for weekly merchant.
Witch taxes are included in the room price?
The price includeds all taxes and fees.
In the Hotel I can finde an internet point?
Yes, we have an internet point (extra charge for use). The entire hotel, including the rooms, have an internet acces; and the 1st floor have a Wi-FI protected Internet connection.
Does the Hotel have an elevator?
Yes, our Hotel has two elevator, one direct connect with our garage.
Does the Hotel have a Restaurant?
Yes.
Room services are included in the price?
The room service are not included in the room price. Extra charge for this service: euro 5,00 per person.
Does the Hotel have a swimmingpool?
We don't have a swimmingpool; but only at 250 mt are two large pools, one outdoor and one indoor, where it is possible to practice all water sports all year round.
Does the Hotel have golf?
No, but Colle di Val d'Elsa has its own promotional public golf course. Abbadia Golf Club is an ideal place both for people wishing to get to know golf for the first time, and for those who intend to perfect and improve their playng ability. Abbadia Golf has a course comprising 220m driving range ( with space for 20 players, of which 6 positions are sheltered), a putting-green, a pitching-green and 6-hole course for practising and play.
Does the hotel have a tennis court?
No. In Colle are several tennis courts, both indoor and outdoor, where it is possible to play the sport every month of the year.
